Terms of service

These terms govern your use of ACOVON. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or buy anything on ACOVON. You are responsible for the accuracy of your details and for activity on your account. One person, one account; accounts may not be sold or transferred.

2. Creator accounts and verification

Creator accounts are reviewed before approval. Creators must complete email, age and identity verification, and connect a payout account, before any withdrawal is released. ACOVON may decline or revoke a creator account at its discretion, including for failed verification or guideline breaches.

3. Purchases, subscriptions and renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval shown at checkout until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues to the end of the period already paid for. Pay-per-view unlocks, tips, calls, tickets and custom commissions are one-off purchases.

4. Refunds and disputes

Digital content that has been delivered is generally non-refundable. If content was not delivered, or materially not as described, open a dispute from the relevant request or purchase: our team reviews the record and may refund from the creator's pending balance.

5. Content and licence

Creators keep ownership of what they publish and grant ACOVON a licence to host, process and deliver it to the audience they selected. Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable licence to view — not to download, redistribute or resell, unless the creator has enabled downloads.

6. Prohibited conduct

  • Content involving minors, or any content that sexualises minors.
  • Non-consensual intimate content, or content published without the consent of everyone in it.
  • Impersonation, stolen content, or content infringing another person's rights.
  • Harassment, threats, hate speech, or the sharing of private information.
  • Fraud, payment abuse, chargeback manipulation, or attempts to move payments off-platform.
  • Any activity that is illegal where you or your audience are located.

7. Suspension and termination

We may remove content, restrict features or suspend an account that breaks these terms or the community guidelines. Where a suspension affects money already earned, pending balances are held while the case is reviewed and released if the account is cleared.

8. Liability

ACOVON provides the platform, payment processing and delivery infrastructure. Creators are responsible for the content they publish and the services they sell. The platform is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees collected on the transactions concerned.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Material changes are announced in-app before they take effect.
